isla mujeres

And in return you receive a 4.7GB DVD of Isla Mujeres to view in the comfort of your home on your TV or computer.

We have made our videos, plus more, into a DVD and donating the profits to La Gloria English School a United States 503(c)(3) organization.

We are sharing your giving to encompass The Little Yellow School House which is in very desperate need for financial support. They are a small independent NGO school which teaches children with disabilities.  They are located just down the hill from La Gloria English School, behind the Red Cross Building.  It is the only school of this type on Isla Mujeres and there is great need for them to stay open. So your donations will help many children on Isla.

In the spirit of giving please be generous.

It will take some preparation, an initial investment from us and some "pick, pack and ship" time but Cynthia and I feel there is a real need.

For those who have visited Isla Mujeres you will instantly see your favorite haunts and for the "newbie" you'll be able to get a quick view/ preview of Isla Mujeres.

Peace and be well,

Douglas y Cynthia

I ordered and watched these last week - absolutely beautiful!

I just ordered the videos and watched a few and I have goosebumps. I experienced Isla Mujeres in August 2004 and what memories this brings back. You have done a really fine job, I love it.

A small price to pay for such wonderful remembrances!

I am brand new to this board and have to compliment you on your video, picture and slide collection presented here. It is fantastic! My husband and I will be taking our first trip to Isla Mujeres in June. We are very excited and really appreciate finding your videos to give us a taste of what's to come. Thank you so much!

THANKS, that is soooo awesome Doug!

Susan
I for one absolutely LOVE these videos and if I haven't said so enough times THANK YOU so much for taking the time to share these. I can't count the number of time my husband and I have watched these. If we are in our office (which has 3 computers 1-mine, 1-his, and 1-girls) and I start to play one, he always slides over to watch and then we talk about how we can't wait to get back!!

Our favorite is of the Cuban restaurant. Cynthia is describing her meal and it sounds like she says she is eating planktons, which I am pretty sure are plantains (fried bananas). My husband finds this so funny for some reason and then makes an obscure Sponge Bob Squarepants reference

Kathryn
Truly your videos are wonderful. For all of us who are addicted to our dirty little island, your videos allow us to escape every day, if only for a few minutes.

¡Excelente, como siempre! Muchas, muchas gracias por los recuerdos.

These are all just so amazing. As I've said before... I was delighted to hear that there was sound to go along with them! Even the sound of a golf cart whizzing by made me smile.

Our best friends have been looking for the perfect spot for their honeymoon, and we've been recommending Isla Mujeres. Their response - "that sounds great - we'll look into that."

The other night we had them over and we showed them your videos. There is no more "we'll look into that" about it! They are hooked and will be on the Island in July for their honeymoon.

Thanks so much for these!
